Review Quote
"Unsolved Mysteries: Ghosts is a collection of re-enactments of so-called "true" paranormal encounters. These re-enactments are either hit or miss. Some of them can send chills down your spine, some of them are just plain boring. If you're a non-believer, I suggest just pretending that these aren't re-enactments of "true" stories. Think of them as watching the likes of shows such as Tales From The Crypt and the Nightmare On Elm Street television series."

The Plot
Ghost stories, you decide if you believe or not.

The Movie
Unsolved Mysteries: Ghosts is a collection of re-enactments of so-called "true" paranormal encounters. These re-enactments are either hit or miss. Some of them can send chills down your spine, some of them are just plain boring. If you're a non-believer, I suggest just pretending that these aren't re-enactments of "true" stories. Think of them as watching the likes of shows such as Tales From The Crypt and the Nightmare On Elm Street television series.

The re-eneactments are quite simple, like watching a re-enactment on one of those ...Most Wanted police programs. I seem to enjoy reading more about ghosts than watching them, I guess it's because in the books they have photos instead of people acting out the story. It just seems more real to me.

If you're interested in ghosts, you should give this a go. If you don't give a stuff about them, you may be a little bored with this one.

The DVD
This is a decent set, which contains audio commentaries, featurettes, behind the scenes and a tribute to Robert Stack who hosted the program. The technical aspets, you can pretty much yawn over these... you get fullscreen with 5.1 audio.
