THE
EVILMAKER
PLOT
Four friends are on their way to the coast. When the car
breaks down for the four girls, they break into an abandoned
house not far from the road. What they don't realise is
that there's something evil waiting for them in the house...
REVIEW
Big breasted porno stars and horrormovies is always a very
interesting combination. What's so pathetic about this movie
is that there is only one hot girl and the rest are quite
ugly, no chance that the good-looking girl would be friends
with them in reality.
Stephanie Beaton, playing Serena, is by far the best actress
in this movie, even if the others are pretty good aswell.
The acting is good for being a lowbudget movie. The directing
is also pretty good, and it's never too dark to see what's
going on. Many scenes were made incredibly well.
This is entertaining as hell but the cover totally rips you
off. I loved the disco light scenes a hell of a lot. Even if
this does have a lot of things going for it, there's still
something missing... I just can't put my finger on it. There
is hardly any suspense at all and there are just too things
that annoy you that it doesn't stay interesting all of the time.
The ending is totally in your face and is definitely the best
thing in this movie. I can't give this three stars as I found
too many annoying details in this movie too really be able
to enjoy it, still, if you're looking for a brainless low-
budget horrormovie, this is very entertaining.
GORE
No real gore in this movie, sorry. Some axe stabbings only.
SOUNDTRACK
Now, this was interesting, I've never heard anything like it
before. It mixes everything from depressing piano music to
independent rock music with false singing singers.
BOTTOM LINE
With too many plot holes, I can't say that this is a very good
movie. But if you're just out for a brainless horrormovie,
this is the film for you as it was very entertaining.
