Below is a form for you to sign up for my 'Castle Dracula Banner Exchange.'
What this is, is a service where once joined you will receive some HTML
code to be placed upon your site. Once placed, it will display a banner
from other sites that use this service. For every banner of a site you 
display, your banner, which you will have uploaded when you joined will
be displayed upon another members site. But what makes my 'banner exchange'
service better than anybody else's you ask?
Simple, most others use a 3:4 ratio. With mine it's a 1:1 ratio. I will
also give you an automatic 500 free impressions just for joining. That's 
500 displays of your banner on other member's sites before theirs are even 
displayed upon yours. To be elegible to join, you must follow these simple
rules:-

1). You must place and keep the code you are given upon your site otherwise
it will not work and you shall be removed from the exchange.

2). Your site must not be illegal in anyway or link to illegal sites.
ie: No child porn, hacking, warez, etc, these sites will not only be 
refused but reported.

3). Your site must be a horror site.    

4). You must notify me when and where you have placed the code within 24 hours
otherwise your site shall be removed from my exchange.
