The story:
Working their way to Florida as baggage clerks, Chick Young and Wilbur Brown deliver to McDougal's House of Horrors two crates containing the remains of Dracula and the Frankenstein Monster.
The two "corpses" come alive and Joan Raymond, an insurance agent, follows Chick and Wilbur in an attempt to find the "bodies."
Chick and Wilbur are contacted by Lawrence Talbot, who confides he is the Wolf Man, but his affliction hits only when the full moon rises. He says he has followed Dracula from Europe to prevent him from transferring a new brain into the Frankenstein Monster. Chick thinks Talbot is slightly insane, but Wilbur has seen enough to encourage their joining forces.
At a masquerade ball, Wilbur is kidnapped by Dracula and a lovely creature named Sandra, who just happens to be Dracula's chief aide, and taken to a nearby island where they prepare to remove Wilbur's harmless little brain and replace it with the Monster's gray matter.
Chick and Wolf Man Talbot realize Wilbur is missing and go to the castle to rescue their chum. Chick knocks out Sandra and while Talbot is releasing Wilbur, the full moon rises and Talbot turns into the Wolf Man, chases Dracula off a cliff, plunging after him.
Chick and Wilbur are leaving quietly when the Frankenstein Monster, powered by electric plasma, comes to life and starts after them. They clamber into a rowboat and attempt to head for deep water, the Monster in hot pursuit. A fire breaks out and the Monster is engulfed in the flames at the edge of the pier. Chick and Wilbur, thinking everything is fine now, then discover the Invisible Man is also in the rowboat, and dive into the water.
