(Alcoholic Single-serving)

BEETLEJUICE	SMASHING PUMPKIN
BLACK BREW	HOT BUTTERED RUM
PUMPKIN PIE	CAPPUCINO

BEETLEJUICE

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Melon liqueur
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Raspberry schnapps
1/2 oz Cranberry juice
Sour mix
Pineapple spear
Cherry

Mixing instructions:

In a tall mixing glass with ice pour the vodka on the bottom. Then fill the glass 3/4 full with sour mix. Pour in the rest of the ingredients one at a time. Garnish with pineapple spear and cherry.

BLACK BREW

Ingredients:

1 oz Malibu rum
3/4 oz Blue Curacao
3/4 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz Grenadine
Cranberry juice
Ice

Mixing instructions:

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add rum blue Curacao, Chambord and grenadine. Fill with cranberry juice and stir. Ingredients also may be placed in cocktail shaker. Top, shake, and pour into tall glass.

PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients:

2 parts Kahlua
1 part Bailey's irish cream
1 part Goldschlager
Cinnamon

Mixing instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.

SMASHING PUMPKIN

(Another pumpkin pie flavored drink)

Ingredients:

1/3 oz Kahlua
1/3 oz Bailey's irish cream
1/3 oz Goldschlager

Mixing instructions:

Fill a small shaker with ice. Add ingredients. Shake and strain into shot glass.

HOT BUTTERED RUM

Ingredients:

1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Butter
1 jigger light or dark Rum
4 Cloves

Mixing instructions:

In a mug put sugar, butter, rum and cloves. Fill with boiling water. Stir.

CAPPUCINO

Ingredients:

3 cups strongly-brewed coffee
3 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup creme de cacao
1/4 cup rum
1/4 cup brandy
Sugar (optional)

Mixing instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

Makes 1-3/4 quarts
