Dark has fallen just outside.
Or has darkness risen inside me,
With a force I can't deny
Breathless, waiting... he will pull me...
Like a mist into the night
Past the safety of this dark estate,
Out where the trees can see no light.
Moving slow under the shadows,
Naked toes on yielding ground
Emotions spill forth I just can't contain..
Tonight my dreams will be unbound.
Arms of steel reach out and take me,
I turn and drown in amber eyes....
My memories fade of all that i've become,
Sweet Surrender fills my sighs.
I feel the tree press hard against my back
My wrists pinned high above my head...
His kisses steal my breath and burn me,
They chase away my fear and dread.
Black silk swirls against my skin so white
I'm lowered gently to the ground,,,,
He fills me up, my world spins all away
His teeth sink in without a sound.
I wake to find that he has carried me,
Back to the shelter of my rooms.
The night is fading slowly into dawn..
How can I give him up so soon!
One caress and he slips out the door,
He looks at me with burning eyes.
And then he's gone, and I'm here all alone
Left to face the dawns light skies.
As I retreat into my darkened rooms,
His bruises fade without a trace.
And I'm left waiting for the night again,
Waiting just for his Embrace.......
