I made this page to honor those who have helped make Haunted Mansion what it is today.



In 2001 I was looking at Halloween sites and came across a really neat Virtual Haunted House called The BoneGarden Estate. I was inspired by what I saw so much that I wanted to make my own Virtual Haunted House. I owe the idea of Haunted Mansion to Kathryn of The BoneGarden Estate. Thank you so much for making and maintaining The BoneGarden Estate.



I started collecting images for the making of Haunted Mansion. At the time I didn't know how to do Image Mapping or how to do a lot of things I needed to know to make Haunted Mansion the way I wanted it. So In 2002 I found an Image Mapping site "Dracc's Image Mapper" where I learned how to make Image Maps. At the time I didn't know that PC users would not be able to see the Image Mapping that I did. This image mapping can only be seen by Web Tv and Msn Tv users. Only if a PC user uploads the Web Tv viewer can they see this kind of Image Maping. Hopefuly some day I will learn how to do image mapping that PC users can see also.



In 2002 My Friend Lady Darkness moved all the images that I had found for Haunted Mansion into my horrorseek account for me. I had no PC at the time and horrorseek does not support FTP. So I couldn't move any images into my account. I needed a PC to upload the images to horrorseek. Lady Darkness did that for me! She has done so many things for me. Like animate some of the Halloween Globes for me. She lightend and animated the Excellent Dark Site Award. Lady Darkness has done so much for me and Haunted Mansion that I can't list it all. Haunted Mansion would NOT be here if it wasn't for Lady Darkness. Lady Darkness owns a Great Site called Dark Writings. Please check out her AWESOME site!



When I created my banners and Awards I used these sites to do so. I used Gifworks.com to crop and resize the images and banners on Haunted Mansion. I used my own font site Erin's Holiday Fonts for the fonts I used in making the banners and awards. I used Image Magick to annotate,composite and frame images for Haunted Mansion. I now have a PC as well as my Web Tv. I have Paint Shop Pro 7.0 and Paint Shop Pro 8 trial version that I haved used in making all the new awards this year except for the Excellent Dark Site Award. That one was made before I got my PC.



These are sites that I have used many many times when hunting for images for Haunted Mansion.
