Here are some last photos- post Halloween 2001- taken before all was dismantled and stored.

Here is my major project this year- finished in the 11th hour. I had to replace the original 20 rpm Grainger motor with a 12 rpm [all they had left on Oct 31st at 3pm] Wouldn't you know, it worked great!- not a problem all night. This prop made everyone stop before they walked under it. I'm very pleased with the result !!

Here is a cheap fog cooler made the night before Halloween. It is a cardboard box painted black with an opening on each end, and wire mesh on the inside. Ice was filled around the mesh to cool the fog as it exited. It worked well.

Fluffy gets some bones scattered about. The Walmart Skull Fogger on a timer put out so much fog that we shut it off periodically to clear the air.

I forgot to turn the ghoul on [fan that ossilates inside the bucket]. He had light up eyes and looked okay.

What to do with this big fella during the off season ?....Storage is a problem. He does look rather cool though. I had a sound repeater under his sign that said " this way not that way!" It stopped working once it got dark. Oh well .....

A last minute quickie prop.

I was out of time, so I stuck Talking Boris on an old headless costume that my daughter Shannon once wore. He,like the Talking Tombstone, recited Edgar Allan Poe stories. He was well received.
