2004 Grim Reaper Popup
The styrofoam Grim Reaper with 5ft robe was the deal of the 2004 season from OSH for $21.99.
I drilled a 1" hole through the styrofoam shoulders into the head and secured a 20" section of 3/4" PVC pipe in place with screws and hot glue. This
was mounted on top of a 30" stroke, 1.5" bore air cylinder with a wood base and a 4 way solenoid valve, operated like 3 way with the 4th port blocked.
I detailed the grim reaper bust with red flourescent paint on the teeth and yellow flourescent paint on the rest of the skull.
