Opened in 1991, the Lancaster Theater wasn't old enough to have spirits but it did anyway. During construction, while on a tour, an elderly lady named Viola tripped and fell into what was meant to be the orchestra pit. She was taken to the hospital but died shortly thereafter. She is said to roam the catwalks and orchestra pit of the centre.

Her footsteps have been heard even though nobody was around. Sounds emanating from the speakers of a turned off sound system have been heard. Odd noises have been heard throughout the theater.

Viola has never been a threat to anyone and the whole staff likes their "resident spook." When anything strange happens or when things come up missing, they just shake their heads and say, "Well, there's Viola again!"
