"In 1990 my friend and I began hearing frightening stories about a road just outside Metamora, Michigan, called Blood Road. Kids driving down the road at night would witness trees following them or be chased by a truck with bright lights. The first time we went down the road, just after midnight, we noticed that it was we, although it had not rained in days. The water was increasing as we watched, and it was strange and thick. We each opened our door and saw that the water was red in color. My buddy turned on his brights, and we saw that the whole road was covered in this bloodlike substance. He turned the truck around, and we began to leave; then we saw a fire off in the distance, with people in white robes standing around it chanting. As we kept driving, we saw a few of them run across the road. We got the hell out of there."
